Try Lets You Try on Clothes Before Buying Them Online

by Joseph

Shopping for clothes online is fast, easy, convenient, and often cheaper than buying in person. But there’s one huge disadvantage to the practice – you can’t try on the clothes before you buy them. But even that seemingly insurmountable discrepancy is getting covered thanks to a new service called Try.

Try gives users a browser add-on that will show a specially branded button on the pages of online participating merchants (which include Barneys, Mr Porter, SSENSE, and more, so far). Then, users will be able to choose as many as five pieces to be sent to their home, with ten days to decide what to return and what to keep.

It might sound too good to be true, and there is one caveat: Try is currently available only by invitation. But you can request an invite over at the service’s website here – and once you do, try to enjoy as much of that fresh outside air as you can, since you’ll soon have one less reason to go outside.
