This is just one man’s opinion, but for this one man, Transformers: Age of Extinction is a remarkable film for the fact that it’s the fourth entry of a previously pretty much worthless franchise that actually manages to be good. But even if you don’t share that opinion, you have to admit the special effects were pretty incredible, which is why you might want to take a look at this new video showcasing the visual effects in the movie from Industrial Light and Magic, part of ILM’s Behind the Magic video series.
The Transformers films have always been a showcase for cutting-edge special effects, and Transformers: Age of Extinction was no different. As the video demonstrates, practically every scene in the movie is packed with computer-generated effects, some obvious and some less so.
