We’ve been hearing about the new studio album from The Wu-Tang Clan for a few weeks now, and now the new record is finally here. It’s called The Saga Continues, a somewhat shortened title with no “Wu-Tang” in the actual title of the album, but other than that everything appears to be as promised, and since we now live in a golden age of music streaming you can listen to it now more or less for free.
I haven’t gotten a chance to listen to The Saga Continues yet, so I can’t comment on how it compares to the classic Wu-Tang recordings. And since I’m (thankfully) not Martin Shkreli, I can’t comment on how it compares to their last studio album either. But I do know it clocks in at a (for hip hop) slim 51 minutes, so hopefully this is an efficient Wu-Tang delivery device if nothing else.
You can judge for yourself by listening to The Saga Continues below, provided you’ve got a Spotify account. If not, the record is also available in myriad other streaming and physical formats, so have at it.
