The newest smartphone from Google will NOT be designed by Samsung, like previous models were. Instead, the Nexus 4 is an LG joint, and it is set to come out in the United States (and a host of other places) on November 13, 2012.
Looking a little bit like a cross between the Galaxy Nexus from Samsung and the Optimus G from LG, the Nexus 4 features a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz processor, as well as 2GB of RAM. And it is all powered by Android 4.2, otherwise known as Jelly Bean.
If you’re looking for the perfect Christmas gift for the techie in your life, the Nexus 4 will be available in time for the holiday season in both 8GB and 16GB varieties.
