I played a lot of The Game of Life as a kid, but today I mostly think of it as what I call “theoretical fun” along with Scrabble and Mad Libs. Still, the folks at Hasbro have updated the game for notoriously animal-loving millennials, and the result is called The Game of Life: Pets Edition.
The Game of Life: Pets Edition seems to work pretty much like the regular Life, only with pets. They’re in addition to the usual lifestyle accessories of the game, like children, jobs, and houses, and just like tradition, “[t]he player with the most money at the end of the game wins!” So if you always wanted a pet but can’t handle the commitment, this might be a good board game to add to the ol’ library.
You can order your copy of The Game of Life: Pets Edition at Amazon right here, where it’s priced at just under $20.
