Last night, two professional football teams got together for the most important cause in all of sports: To promote products and upcoming movies and TV shows. One of the highlights of those promotions was the new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the sequel to the reboot of the Spider-Man franchise.
Where the movie’s first trailer seemed like a computer graphics demonstration, this one focuses a little bit more on the human element, with a lot of comedy courtesy of Andrew Garfield, and pathos courtesy of Jamie Foxx, the movie’s chief villain. But, in case you forgot what kind of movie this is, there’s also a lot of CGI-aided destruction.
If you missed the trailer during the game last night, or if you just want to watch it again, you can check it out for yourself below. And The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to hit theaters on May 2nd.
