Hannah began her career in modeling at the age of 14, and since then she’s appeared in not just Ralph Lauren campaigns, but also in magazines such as Italian ‘D’ Magazine and the cover of Mexico Elle. She’s also been seen in campaigns for Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Tommy Hilfiger and Levi’s.
