I get why Taco Bell would put out a line of tortilla chips allowing customers to enjoy them at home, perhaps while dipping the chips in various salsas, guacamoles, or queso blends, but in all honesty I’m skeptical about Taco Bell Tortilla Chips replicating the unique mix of heat and salt that makes them worthwhile at the restaurant.
Luckily, Taco Bell Tortilla Chips have another killer app, which is flavor varieties based on the brand’s famous hot sauces. In addition to the old dependable Classic variety, the chips will also come in (Mild) and Fire! flavors, as per a recent tweet from the official Bell Twitter account:
It’s out of the bag. Taco Bell Tortilla Chips are coming this summer. pic.twitter.com/cd22srcHsH

As you can see, the three flavors of Taco Bell Tortilla Chips are coming this summer, so keep your eyes peeled for them at your local grocery store in the coming months. And perhaps a Diablo flavor variety is in the works, for the truly hardcore among us.
