While Windows tablet computers aren’t new, they are experiencing somewhat of a new renaissance, thanks to the impending arrival of the new Windows 8 operating system. In order to bring its products in line with the new OS, Samsung is revamping two of its Windows tablet computers and putting them on the market in two new forms: The Series 5 and the Series 7.
As you may have guessed, the Series 5 will be the less expensive of the two – the less high-powered tablet will cost around $750, while its higher-powered cousin will have a price tag of $1,199. But good news: Both the Series 5 and the Series 7 will come with the new S-Pen, which is a screen interface stylus with 1,024 levels of sensitivity!
Does this sound like something you’d like to get your hands on? If so, you’ll have to wait until October 26th, which is when the new Samsung Series 5 and Series 7 tablets are set to be released to the public.
