Famed watchmaker Roger Dubuis has unveiled a technologically enhanced variant on his classic Excalibur design, one with an 18-karat rose gold case, and another encased in silicon.
Both versions of the Excalibur Quatuor watch are the result of five years of research on the part of Dubuis, but what’s really impressive is the asking price: The silicon model will be released in a highly limited edition of only three pieces, and each one will carry a price tag of $1 million! The gold model will be slightly less limited at 88 pieces, and will go for $422,000 – so you may want to consider that one if things are tight for you financially right now.
