Kim Kardashian has taught us all that the selfie is a legitimate art form, but nevertheless some of us could use a little sprucing up before we can hang our selfies on the wall of a museum or art gallery. Prisma is an app that specializes in just that sprucing up, with inspiration coming courtesy of famous artists like Picasso and Vincent van Gogh.

Basically, Prisma uses a system of neural networks (think Google Deep Dream) and regular visual filters to turn your photos into images reminiscent of work from famous artists—with 30 different styles in all, and user-end customization available. It may seem like a regular filter at first, but Prisma offers much more in the way of personalization and visual dynamism.

You can check out Prisma for yourself here, with links to download the app for free on both iOS and Android devices. Then, you can join the Kardashians in the Great Artists Hall of Fame.
