Nike+ subscribers get a lot of cool sneaker-related perks for their membership dues, but over Super Bowl weekend a select few got an extra-special bonus perk in the form of high-speed, specialized Nike Speed Drops of coveted Swoosh sneakers performed by NFL stars like Chris Ivory, Latavius Murray and Todd Gurley.
While it’s unlikely that Nike Speed Drops, like the ones depicted in the video, will ever become a regular part of life as a Nike+ user, it’s still pretty cool to see people taken by surprise by the elaborate deliveries. As for the kicks themselves, they’re pairs of the Vapor Untouchable 2s and Air Force 1 Precious Metals, delivered by hand in a custom Nike-branded Lamborghini.
