Another day, another retro-inspired release from Nike. This time it’s the Nike Roshe LD-1000, in a classic black and white colorway that hearkens back to previous incarnations of the shoe, but that also includes plenty of concessions to the sneaker climate of 2015.
Some of those concessions are built into the fabric of the Nike Roshe LD-1000 itself, as it takes design cues from the most recent Nike x fragment collaboration by Hiroshi Fujiwara. A mesh black upper and classic-style Swoosh logo combine in what seems to be a combination of the sneaker’s preexisting Roshe One and Roshe Cortez designs.
If you like what you can see of the new Nike Roshe LD-1000 up at the top of this page, you can get some more information on the sneaker over at the official Nike online store right here. You can also order a pair for yourself, provided you’ve got a hundred to burn on sneakers.
