2002’s Minority Report is one of the very, very best blockbusters of the 21st century, which is why there are so many people interested in its upcoming sequel TV series to air on Fox. Now, that series has gotten an official trailer, serving as our first look at the show (except people with precognitive abilities, who presumably already know if it’s going to be any good or not).
The Minority Report TV show takes place ten years after the events of the movie, after the PreCrime unit has been shut down. The show follows one of the precogs from the movie, Dash, as a guy who still wants to use his future-seeing abilities to help people, even if it’s outside the law – basically, they found a way to turn Minority Report into a superhero mystery show.
