Olive Garden has already tried to kill us all with unlimited bread sticks, but now they’re kicking their attempts at culinary murder up more than a couple of notches. They’re doing it with something called Loaded Pasta Chips, which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
Loaded Pasta Chips are essentially what would happen if you charged an Olive Garden chef with the task of creating a plate of nachos using only ingredients from the OG kitchen. Here’s how the Garden describes it on the menu:
Homemade pasta chips, lightly fried and layered with Italian cheeses and a hearty meat sauce. Topped with cherry peppers and an alfredo drizzle.
And here I didn’t even know you could make chips out of pasta! You can check out Olive Garden’s Loaded Pasta Chips at the Olive Garden site right here, and it will reportedly be on the menu for a limited time, until April 1st.
