Jordan Brand is celebrating Black History Month with a new edition of their famous Jordan Spizikes (named for filmmaker Spike Lee). As you can see, these shoes are wrapped in a very bold volt colorway, which lends an air of electricity (sorry) to the proceedings.

The Black History Month Jordan Spizikes also have touches of elephant print on the toes and heels, plus blue highlights in the logo and branding. It’s definitely not a subtle, polite way to celebrate Black History Month – which is probably a good thing.

The sneakers are slated to be available from select retailers starting February 9th, but some sellers are taking pre-orders now (like this one, for $375).
