Twenty years have passed since Michael Jordan had his short affair with the game of baseball, which I guess is enough time for even that mild debacle to be a merchandising opportunity. The people at Jordan Brand must think so, since they’re releasing a pair of baseball shirts commemorating just that.
The Jordan Brand “Jordan #45” baseball shirt comes in two colors, grey and black, both inspired by the team uniform of the Birmingham Barons. In case 20 years is too long ago for you to remember, the Barons were the team who let Michael Jordan onto their roster for one glorious season, with a jersey number of, you guessed it, #45.
You can see both of the Jordan #45 baseball shirts from Jordan Brand in the gallery up at the top of this page. And you can order one now from Nike’s online store here for the price of $85.
