You might remember a while back when it came out that Wes Anderson was working on another stop-motion animated film, this one about Man’s Best Friend, the animal we all know and love called dogs. There was even a contest to get a role in the film, unless my canine-like memory is confusing me. Now, a trailer for Isle of Dogs has made its way to the human internet.
The title Isle of Dogs refers to a Japanese colony for exiled pets, which is the location of a 12-year-old protagonist’s adventure to find a new one – that’s right folks, you will have to tolerate at least one human character in this film, sorry. But take a look at the voice cast: Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Edward Norton, Bryan Cranston, and Yoko Ono (!?).
