The latest update to popular photo and video sharing app Instagram has added a feature that allows users to upload videos to the app from their phone’s media library, rather than only allowing videos recorded through Instagram itself. The app’s previously established 15-second time limit for videos still stands, however.
The announcement also comes with the unveiling of a new technology called Automatic Straightening for iOS. The Automatic Straightening feature lets users straighten crooked photos at the touch of a button. Orson Welles might not approve, but he’s dead.
