I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure the best way to appreciate food is to taste it, with smelling it probably coming in second place. But maybe looking at infographics about food isn’t too far distant from those two options, which is why Food Infographics: A Visual Guide to Culinary Pleasures might be worth checking out. Per the publisher:
“You’ll find infographics on all the food groups, from grains and pulses to fruits and vegetables to fish, meat, and poultry. Recipe inspirations include soups, sandwiches, snacks, sweet treats, and just-right dressings. Other sections cover flavor pairings, baking, beverages, cooking tools and techniques, and coffee and tea.”
If your kitchen library has room for some delicious Food Infographics: A Visual Guide to Culinary Pleasures, you can head over to Amazon and pre-order yourself a copy right here, where the book is priced at $70, and the book is set for release on August 8th.
