The Bible is great and all, but it’s lacking in a couple of key areas: House music, for instance, and trippy animation. Luckily, illustrator Shinyoung Kim is here to fill in those gaps with one famous bible story – the one about Adam, Eve, and a certain tricky serpent. It’s called Eden.
Eden tells the tale of Adam and Eve meeting up in the titular Garden, before taking a slight detour courtesy of the Great Deceiver and the deceptively tasty Tree of Knowledge. In this version of the story, though, eating the Forbidden Fruit doesn’t really seem so bad, and in fact seems to take their relationship to the next level. It’s the Book of Genesis crossed with 21st century optimism.
