Finally, an easy and convenient way to enjoy donuts. On its home turf in Boston, MA, Dunkin’ Donuts is reported to be testing out an unholy hybrid of its signature donuts and French fries: Dunkin’ Donuts Donut Fries.

The cinnamon-dusted Dunkin’ Donuts Donut Fries, which unless you’re in Boston you unfortunately can’t run out and get after reading this, are part of a new snack menu being rolled out by DD that also includes stuff like “Munchkin dippers, waffle breaded chicken tenders, pretzel bites, and brownies.” And a spokesperson didn’t rule out a nationwide release for these snacks:

“The test is designed to gather valuable feedback from consumers, franchisees and their employees to help inform future decisions about a possible national rollout.”

So there you have it folks. On that note, I have an open message for the people of Boston: Please don’t mess up Dunkin’ Donuts Donut Fries for the rest of us.
