LEGO building bricks are bright, colorful, and adaptable to almost any mode of creative play, but their harsh angles and sharp points make them kind of unappetizing, even as building toys go. Still, you can now come as close as one healthily can to eating LEGO bricks at a burger joint in the Philippines called Brick Burger (not counting those candy building bricks you can get at some places, of course).
Brick Burger’s chief innovation in the world of cheeseburgers can be found in the buns, which through some culinary process have been molded and dyed to look like giant, squishy LEGO bricks. I haven’t had the pleasure, but judging from the photo above they don’t look too appetizing, but sometimes a burger bun can surprise you that way.
Anyway, even if you don’t get to visit Brick Burger anytime soon, you can read up on the restaurant in The Telegraph right here.
