The Beats by Dre brand up to this point is defined by those giant headphones that give you maximum audio quality and don’t sacrifice bass, but their Solo line of smaller headphones were there for people who don’t want to walk around with those things. Now there’s the Solo2, which gives the smaller Beats by Dre model some across-the-board upgrades.
Those upgrades reportedly include a wider and more dynamic aural range, flexible headband (like the bigger Beats models), and a new ear cup design that emphasizes comfort during extended listening sessions. Then there’s the RemoteTalk feature, which lets you control your iOS device straight from your headphones without having to reach for it.
The new Beats by Dre Solo2 headphones are available in six different colors: Black, blue, gray, pink, red, and white. And they’re available for pre-order at the Beats by Dre online store here, where they’re priced at just under $120.
