Spanish Aspid Cars is famous for putting out big projects, even in slow economic times. So despite the potential economic disaster looming in Europe, Aspid is going ahead with their plan to produce the GT-21 Invictus Super Car. And the GT-21 is a “super car” by anyone’s standards. It builds on the company’s previously established Aspid Super Sport technology, with an “open wheel” format that allows for a much spacier interior than is normal.
The car is equipped with a 450 horsepower V8 engine made by BMW, and that both reduces the car’s carbon footprint through state of the art hybridization, while maintaining its high-level of performance. For instance, the GT-21 is said to have an acceleration of 0-62 miles per hour in less than 3 seconds.
