Some pessimistic basketball fans have speculated for a while that eventually the NBA will start allowing corporate sponsorships of teams, leading to the kind of out-of-control branding you see in NASCAR races. Artist Dead Dilly snatched on that idea with his “Rebrand the NBA” project.
The “Rebrand the NBA” project by Dead Dilly reimagines NBA jerseys designed by corporate entities like Google and Supreme. And contrary to what you might assume, not all the designs are bad. Some of them are pretty cool, actually.
