It’s been months since Apple first unveiled their new Mac Pro computer, but the company has finally released some firm availability details about the Mac Pro. The new info isn’t particularly surprising but it is good news for everyone who’s interested in the next generation of computers.
For one, the Apple Mac Pro’s general release date was set for December 19th, so it’s already available for purchase through Apple retailers and online. As for pricing, the Mac Pro will be available at both a $2,999 starting price and a $3,999 with more RAM and a 3.5GHz six-core Intel Xeon E5 processor, compared to the cheaper model’s 3.7GHz quad-core one.
Billed as the most powerful Apple computer yet, the Apple Mac Pro is almost certainly going to be one of the big tech items for 2013 and 2014. For more information on the Mac Pro, as well as to buy one of the two models yourself, you can head to Apple’s online store here.
