One of the usual downsides to a giant home audio system is that it’s a pain to set up. And if you make a mistake along the way, you might be ruining the experience and defeating the purpose of such an expensive sound system. But now, the Audio Intimus 4T from Aperion aims to do away with most of the clutter of setting up speakers. In fact, this system is so simple that it doesn’t even require a separate receiver.
Each speaker instead is equipped with its own built-in digital receiver, and the whole system in turn connects with Aperion’s Wireless Home Theater One Preamp Transmitter. The result is that users simply have to plug in their devices, connect the power, and push a button. All this and it doesn’t skimp in sound quality, either – so many are saying this system is worth the $2,999 asking price, which is how much the 5.1 version is currently going for at Aperion’s online shop. As for those whose rooms require a bit more sound, they might want to take a look at the Intimus 4T Summit Wireless 7.1 System, for an extra $500.
