The next legendary musician to get the biopic treatment is Tupac Shakur, and now a brand new trailer for the upcoming All Eyez On Me has hit the internet. The trailer promises a treatment of the rapper’s life that won’t skip over his outspokenness on issues that unfortunately still affect the country today.
Chief among those issues is police brutality against black citizens, and this trailer for All Eyez On Me begins with Tupac addressing this topic in front of a crowd. Then the trailer moves onto the other struggles faced by Shakur over the course of his tragically brief life and career. It’s all anchored by Demetrius Shipp, Jr. as Tupac, and judging by the trailer, the actor has captured Shakur to an almost uncanny degree.
