Believe it or not, the adidas Superstar sneaker has been around for a healthy 45 years and counting, and now the Three Stripes have put out a new variant of the design to celebrate. It’s the adidas Consortium Superstar “Made in France.”
The adidas Consortium Superstar “Made in France” is true to its name, coming from Ateliers Heschung, a family-operated factory in France that’s had a relationship with the adidas brand going all the way back to the 1970s. Visually, the Superstar has been preserved practically down to every detail, with a white and black upper sitting on top of an elegant off-white sole.
You can take a good look at the adidas Consortium Superstar “Made in France” in the gallery below. And if you like what you see, mark your calendar for December 12th, when the sneaker is set to hit select adidas Consortium stockists. Until then, hit up the adidas website here.
