‘Spielberg': HBO Documentary Gets Trailer (Video)

Steve Spielberg has to be among the most famous filmmakers of all time, if not the single most famous. He generally favors a “let the work speak for itself” approach to this public persona, but an upcoming HBO documentary looks to change that, with interviews with not just Spielberg but a whole bunch of his famous friends as well.

That includes Leonardo DiCaprio, who worked with Spielberg on Catch Me If You Can, as well as an array of filmmakers almost as famous as the big S himself is – Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola, JJ Abrams, his Indiana Jones collaborator George Lucas, and more, for a documentary reportedly culled from more than 30 hours of interview footage.

You can catch the trailer for Spielberg below. And to see the whole thing, pull your, I dunno, your fishing boat into Jurassic Park or whatever on October 7th, when the documentary is set to premiere on HBO.
