On Eating Insects

Hey, want to see somebody eat a bug? Heyyyy, want to see a bunch of people write stories and personal essays, and share recipes, about eating bugs? On the former point I’ll let you search YouTube on your own, but for the latter I’ve got a book for your to check out. It’s called On Eating Insects: Essays, Stories and Recipes (apparently people who eat bugs aren’t Oxford comma fans).

On Eating Insects explores the slimy yet satisfying from every imaginable angle, from the practical to the philosophical, with contributions from authors Josh Evans, Roberto Flore, and Michael Bom Frøst, all on behalf of Nordic Food Lab.

If you’re interested in eating bugs, trying to eat bugs for the first time, or just in learning more about the long traditions and practices of eating bugs throughout the world, get your own copy of On Eating Insects: Essays, Stories and Recipes at Amazon right here.
