Naked Egg Taco from Taco Bell Has a Fried Egg Shell
Philosophers have long pondered which came first, the chicken or the egg. It’s a question that will probably never be answered conclusively, but we do know which came first in the form of a weird mutant Taco Bell taco shell – that would be the chicken in the Naked Chicken Chalupa, which is now being followed by the Naked Egg Taco with a shell somehow formed from a fried egg.
Much like the chicken/egg question, I don’t really know how to explain or make sense of the idea of a taco shell made from fried egg, so I will attempt to move on from that and describe what’s inside the Naked Egg Taco: Standard breakfast taco fillings like potatoes, cheese, and the customer’s choice of bacon or sausage.
Anyway, the Naked Egg Taco is reportedly dropping to The Bell nationwide on August 31st, but in select markets like LA, New York, Austin, and Chicago you’ll be able to try it early.
