The Spotted Cheetah

The prankish spirit of Chester Cheetah, esq. is getting yet another absurd manifestation next week, when The Spotted Cheetah comes to Tribeca on August 15th through the 17th.

What is The Spotted Cheetah? Well, I can tell you, but you may not believe it. It’s an upscale pop-up restaurant with a menu curated by television chef Anne Burrell. The catch is that every dish includes cheetah meat – just kidding, it’s Cheetos. Those are Cheetos. Curiously, I think learning about the existence of dishes like Cheetos Meatballs, Flamin’ Hot and White Cheddar Mac n’ Cheetos, and Cheetos Sweetos Crusted Cheesecake is what it takes to get me to start actually eating healthier food.

Perhaps you feel differently, in which case you can secure a reservation at The Spotted Cheetah’s three-day engagement at the restaurant’s official site right here, where you can also experience the menu and ambiance vicariously and without any tell-tale orange cheese dust.
