Naked Chicken Chips: Taco Bell is Back at it Again
I’m pretty sure I’ve used this as a point of reference on this site before, but as you’ll soon see I can’t not go back to this well now…
We all remember when George Costanza briefly had a business relationship with the folks at Tyson’s Chicken during his stint as Assistant to the Traveling Secretary for the New York Yankees. Tyson’s proposed a long list of chicken-based menu items for Yankee Stadium, including “some kind of fermented chicken drink.” I am now predicting that we are within five years of just such a beverage becoming reality, now that I have witnessed the glory, the majesty, the chicken-ness of Taco Bell‘s new Naked Chicken Chips.
Naked Chicken Chips are Taco Bell’s latest poultry-sculptural addition to their menu, following in the wake of the Naked Chicken Chalupa’s innovative chicken taco shell. To put it simply, they’re chips made out of chicken. To put it in marketing-speak, they’re chips made out of “marinated all-white-meat chicken covered with bold Mexican spices and seasoning.”
Taco Bell Naked Chicken Chips will reportedly be available for a limited time starting on May 11th. May God have mercy on our souls.
