Penguin Galaxy Series

Next month, Penguin Books is releasing a six-volume box set dedicated to science fiction, and it looks like a must-own for genre fans or anybody who appreciates a good box set. It’s the Penguin Galaxy Series deluxe box set, with a special introduction from author Neil Gaiman and covers by Alex Trochut.

The books included in the Penguin Galaxy Series box set are The Once and Future King by T. H. White, Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein, Dune by Frank Herbert, 2001: A Space Odyssey by Arthur C. Clarke, The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin, and Neuromancer by William Gibson, all of which you now have an excuse to stop pretending to have read.

The Penguin Galaxy Series deluxe box set comes out next month priced at $225, but in the meantime you can see a little bit more about the collector’s item at Penguin’s official site right here.
