Ce’ La Vi: Singapore Restaurant Offering $2M Dinner for Two
When you go to a fancy restaurant, you may not be surprised to spend three or four hundred dollars on dinner and drinks for two, but a $2 million check at the end of the night may get even the most affluent diners to say something to the waiter. Unless, of course, those diners are guests of Ce’ La Vi, a restaurant in Singapore that is offering two lucky people the opportunity to spend $2 million on dinner.
Ce’ La Vi’s “world’s most expensive dining experience” has been conceived by the restaurant in conjunction with World of Diamonds. The 18 course meal will include Belon oysters, Almas Caviar, and two vintage wines (44 and 55 years old), but even 18 courses of luxe food aren’t going to rack up $2 million—for that, there’s 10,000 fresh roses, personally engraved diamond chopsticks, a helicopter ride to and from the meal, and a 2.08-carat blue diamond rose-gold ring to cap off the evening.
The whole $2 million ordeal is reported to clock in at eight very expensive hours, and the Ce’ La Vi restaurant is said to be deciding on who the lucky couple will be at the moment. You can read more about the $2 million meal right here, as long as you don’t think it will spoil whatever you have planned for dinner tonight.
