“Orange Drink” Added to Starbucks’ Secret Menu
If you’re looking for a way to cook food outdoors this summer, but aren’t satisfied with the lack of fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness in typical outdoor stoves, there’s a camp stove now raising funds on Kickstarter that may deserve your support. It’s EcoFire, a stove that offers “powerful outdoor cooking” along with a portable fireplace.
EcoFire doesn’t use charcoal or gas to cook your food or provide heat and/or light. Instead the stove is designed to burn solid biofuel of the type readily available in most outdoor camping situations—sticks, twigs, or even pinecones can keep the fires burning indefinitely.
Pre-orders for EcoFire start at just under $90 at the project’s Kickstarter here, which has already surpassed its fundraising goal with almost an entire month left to go. While you’re there, you can also get a little more information on the EcoFire, how it works, and what it can do.
