Mortal Kombat X Pro League

Being really good at Mortal Kombat is not generally thought of as a monetizable skill, but that may change as the phenomenon of e-sports continues to grow. The latest chapter of that growth is the Mortal Kombat X Pro League, a series of competitions that will be open to the public and have a prize pool of $500,000.

The Mortal Kombat X Pro League includes North American and European Pro Leagues, as well as a variety of lower Challenger Cup tournaments. And even if you’re not good enough to try and sign up, the whole thing will be broadcast live, as well as held before live audiences across the world.

You can see a trailer for the Mortal Kombat X Pro League below. You can find out more information on the whole series of competitions and sign up on April 3rd, plus check out all the other video game tournaments happening soon at the ESL Pro League’s official site right here.
