Heinz Sriracha Ketchup Has Arrived
Bad news, hipsters: Sriracha hot sauce has finally gone mainstream. That’s because Heinz, the world’s most famous purveyor of the world’s most popular condiment, has developed a special ketchup recipe that features the sauce. It’s called, appropriately enough, Heinz Sriracha Tomato Ketchup.
Heinz Sriracha Ketchup is making its way to grocery stores and other retailers now, which means you’ll soon be able to enjoy it on French fries, hamburgers, omelets, hash browns, and pretty much anything you’d normally put ketchup on, but that could use an extra-spicy Sriracha kick. Beyond that, I can’t describe its flavor profile since unfortunately I haven’t gotten to try it yet. But I would imagine it’s spicier than ketchup, sweeter than Sriracha. That’s probably a good guess, wouldn’t you say?
