Fleur Fatale: Kim Kardashian Reads ’50 Shades of Grey’ on Radio to Promote Fragrance (Video)
Kim Kardashian already broke the internet, so I guess it was just a matter of time before she broke another, sturdier communication medium. This time it was the radio—more specifically, Australian radio station 92.9 and its program Heidi, Will & Woody, which enlisted Kardashian to do a live on-air reading of an excerpt of 50 Shades of Grey: With an important substitution to promote her new fragrance Fleur Fatale, of course.
Over the course of the reading, listeners to 92.9 heard Kim Kardashian say the following, straight from the book: “His tongue is in my mouth, claiming and possessing me, his fingers still moving rhythmically inside my Fleur Fatale.” At this point you’re probably thinking “wait, ‘Fleur Fatale?’ What in the hell is that?” No, it’s not some Millennial slang you’ve missed out on. It’s a perfume brand being promoted by Kardashian. I’ve said it before, but when it comes to promotion (self- or otherwise), the woman is a genius.
If you’d like to hear Kim Kardashian break the radio by reading from 50 Shades of Grey, turn your office speakers down to an acceptable volume and check out the video below. And for more about the Fleur Fatale fragrance, hit up its official website here.
