Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Restored”

The best sneakers have a story to tell, and the new Kobe 9 Elite colorway from Nike is no exception. It’s the Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Restored,” which gets its name from Kobe Bryant’s attempts to restore his Los Angeles Lakers to their former glory.

The Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Restored” sports a Volt and black Flyknit upper on top of a clean white sole. Hits of gold round out the sneaker’s visual impression in the Swoosh logo and on the tongue. It’s a worthy edition to the long-running line of Kobe Bryant signature sneakers from Nike, and one with a more cohesive theme than most sneaker designs have.

You can get an idea of that theme by taking a look at the Nike Kobe 9 Elite “Restored” in the gallery below. And if you like what you see, head to your nearest select Nike retailer or the brand’s online store here, where the sneaker is currently available and priced at $225.
