The 60th anniversary of the Leica M System line of cameras is here, and the famous camera manufacturer did not feel like celebrating such an important birthday alone. So they enlisted the help of equally famous auto brand Audi to design the Leica M Edition 60.

The Leica M Edition 60 is based on the earlier Leica M-P Typ 240 and features design touches such as stainless steel construction, anthracite leather trim, and in a nod to the origins of the M System, NO LCD screen. So this will be a coveted piece for people who miss the old analog days of photography.

Unfortunately for those people, the Leica M Edition 60 designed by Audi will be restricted to a limited edition release of just 600 pieces, and will go for nearly $20,000 once it is released sometime next month. But for absolutely nothing you can see a few photos of the camera in the gallery below, and for more from Leica take a look at their official website right here.
