The Apple Watch: Apple’s Smartwatch Finally Unveiled (Video)
iPhone 6 and 6 Plus: Apple Unveils New iPhones (Video)
Apple CEO Tim Cook started things off at Apple‘s big keynote event yesterday with what he called “the biggest advancement in iPhone,” the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus. And if you take a look at some of the updated features and specs in these two phones, you might find it hard to disagree with him.
Those features include big advancements on the internal hardware of the iPhone 6 over previous iPhones, and the addition of an internal barometer that can measure things like elevation and air pressure. Both of the new iPhones, even the large iPhone 6 Plus, are slimmer and lighter than ever despite all the new stuff inside.
The cameras on the iPhone 6 have also been overhauled, with new features like improved slow-motion video capture, image stabilization, improved facial recognition, and much more.
When the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus come out next week, they’ll be available in a variety of colors (gold, silver, and space grey) and storage capacities (16GB, 64GB, and 128GB), with the iPhone 6 starting at $199 with a two-year contract while the larger iPhone 6 Plus starts at $299.
