Barely Legal Pawn

If, like the rest of the world, ever since the end of Breaking Bad you’ve been thinking to yourself “I wish I could see Walt and Jesse return as lecherous, dim-witted pawn shop proprietors,” your prayers have finally been answered in the form of a new promo for this year’s Emmy Awards.

The promo features Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul as two owners of a pawn shop called “Barely Legal Pawn.” Dropping by the store is Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who is trying to sell her Seinfeld Emmy in order to pay for an island she drunkenly purchased. In case you can’t tell already, it’s very entertaining.

At six minutes long, it’s a little more extended than your typical awards show commercial, in part due to an epilogue that will seem eerily familiar to Breaking Bad fans. Check it out below:

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards will air on NBC on Monday, August 25th.
