Apparently someone forgot to tell the fashion police about the Cuba embargo, because Stussy traveled there for its fall/winter 2014 lookbook. Or, more accurately, photographer Francesco Giusti traveled there on Stussy’s behalf to capture some pretty great images of people in Cuba wearing the new Stussy styles.
The images are in stark, Soy Cuba style black and white, and show items from the Stussy fall/winter 2014 football jerseys and other athletic shirts to bucket hats and more, all being worn by people reportedly found by Giusti on the street in Cuba.
You can take a look at Francesco Giusti’s photos for Stussy’s fall/winter 2014 lookbook in the gallery up at the top of this page. All the items seen above are set to hit select retailers, including the Stussy online store very soon. And for more of Francesco Giusti’s work, check out his official website, which can be found here.
