Nike is releasing a follow-up to their well-liked lightweight performance sneaker, the Nike Roshe Run. It’s called the Nike Kaishi, which is tricky to say out loud but will continue the tradition set by the Roshe Run, in terms of design, performance, and materials.
The Nike Kaishi sports an exaggerated midsole that is strongly reminiscent of the Roshe, with a sculpted line that separates it from the lightweight mesh and suede upper. And for the summer of 2014, the sneaker comes in three different colorways—navy and volt, black and white, and a vivid red.
All three sneakers in the summer 2014 Nike Kaishi collection feature a distinctive silver Swoosh logo in addition to the often eye-catching colors. You can see all three colorways in the gallery up at the top of this page, and if you like what you see the collection is available now from select Nike retailers, including online ones like this one.
