Tramontina is a Brazilian company that specializes in barbecue tools and accessories, but they’ve come out with a new promotional item that would have to rank as the coolest cookbook of all time.
The Tramontina Bible of Barbecue doesn’t just show you how to master the art of Brazilian barbecue. Each page is made to be torn out and used on a grill—there’s a page made of charcoal, there’s a page for sharpening knives, there’s a page that turns into an apron, etc. It’s a crazy idea that somehow became real, thanks to the work of ad agency JWT Brazil.
Somewhat counter-intuitively, given that they probably already know how to barbecue, the Tramontina Bible of Barbecue was only distributed to a select few “master barbecue chefs” earlier this year. But you can see it in action in the awesome promotional video below and gallery above, and a simplified version for civilians is supposed to be in the works.
