An Air Jordan colorway from way back in 1991 is coming back to store shelves courtesy of Jordan Brand. It’s the Air Jordan 6 “Carmine,” a retro release that dusts off the colorway last seen in 2008 on the Collezione Package edition of the Air Jordan 17.
The Air Jordan 6 Retro “Carmine” generally hews close to the example set by the sneaker’s original incarnation, with alternating reds and whites dominating the upper with hits of black, all on top of an icy blue outsole. The Air Jordan logo on the backs of the sneakers gets an update, but otherwise this is a pretty effective blast from the past.
