The Burj Al Arab luxury hotel in Dubai counts among its many unique features a fully operational helipad. But the helipad has never been just for landing choppers on the hotel. It’s been home to many special events in the past, and now Burj Al Arab is opening it up for private weddings.
Weddings on the Burj Al Arab helipad will include input from the hotel’s most trusted experts, including Burl Al Arab’s resident wedding architect. Executive Chef Johannes Bonin will handle the food (as well as the wedding cake), and the hotel will take care of every conceivable detail of this insanely opulent affair.
Burj Al Arab General Manager Heinrich Morio had this to say about the new offered services:
“We’re always looking for new and special ways to delight our guests. We believe a once-in-a-lifetime event deserves a one-of-a-kind venue and are thrilled to add this special location to our ultimate experience collection.”
As I’m sure you’ve figured out by now, getting married at the Burj Al Arab helipad in Dubai will cost you more than the usual church social hall. Wedding packages start at about $55,000, but for free you can check out some photos from Burj Al Arab’s website in the gallery up top.
